Section 177
PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT OF ADOPTED OR ADOPTED DAUGHTER

(1) If someone wants to keep any child as an adopted son or daughter-in-law, he has to file an application with the relevant district court along with the letter of adoption.
(2) Upon examination of the document of adoption received according to sub-section (1), if it is found that the petitioner is allowed to keep the adopted son or daughter, the relevant court shall issue an order to keep the adopted son or daughter and certify such document.
(3) If, during the investigation according to sub-section (2), it is found that the petitioner should not be allowed to adopt a son or a daughter-in-law, the court shall issue an order accordingly and inform the petitioner accordingly.
